Ideal for transport of powder detergents, screw compressors are designed and formulated to handle comprehensive range of dry material transfer applications, such as granulates, sand, plastics, flour, cement, lime and silicate.

Models Available
Screw compressors are available in three designs, which include -

  • Single and Two Stage - Single stage models have proved to be suitable for uses on low to moderate compression ration applications. The two stage models are suitable for superior compression ratio requirements.
  • Air Cooled and Liquid Cooled - The air cooled models are suitable for majority of PD pumps, which do not use gearboxes, especially for operation and functioning at liquefied gas transfer and the lower compression ratio applications. The liquid cooled screw compressors have a liquid cooled head and a cylinder, which is especially designed for more demanding applications.
  • Single, Double and Triple Seal - The standard double-seal models of screw compressors are designed with a single distance piece between two piston rod seal sets. The distance piece ensures control of leakage control and prevents the oil contamination of the compressed gas stream. Triple-seal models are fitted with two distance pieces for optimum leakage control and are ideal for handling toxic, corrosive or hazardous gases.
